Rolex Servicing
At Phoenix we specialise in Rolex repair. We provide full service and overhauls on site in our state of the art workshop.
The process of a servicing a watch includes stripping down the movement and checking all individual parts for wear or damage. The watch is pre cleaned and any parts needed will be replaced. The movement then goes through our top of the range ultrasonic cleaning machine which cleans the movement to the highest standards. Once out the movement is assembled and re-oiled, the mainspring is replaced and then the watch is regulated.
Also with a service and overhaul we include a case and bracelet valet which includes a polish and seal replacements. The watch is then cased up and tested for water resistance before being tested further for timekeeping for around a week. It is then handed back to the client with a full 12-24 month warranty (dependent on the age of the watch).

Here at Phoenix our valet service is extremely popular and we can provide a full case and bracelet polish normally within 24-48 hours.

Rolex Fluted Bezel Restoration and Sandblast Finishing
From the beginning of 2020 we have been able to offer a new bezel restoration service for your Rolex which can be added to a valet or can be done whilst your watch is in with us for a full service as an added extra.
Fluted bezels can wear over the years or can be over polished and lose their crisp finish so we are now able to get them recut back to a sharp cut and ‘new’ look to really set off your timepiece.

Yachtmaster Bezel Sandblasting
Also from 2020 we now offer a sandblasting service to restore RolexYachtmaster bezels back to their original condition. The bezel numbers and digits are polished to a high lustre whilst the background is sandblasted to give off a matte effect.

Rolex Bracelet Re-Pinning service
Another new service on offer from 2020 is our bracelet re-pinning service which can give your Rolex jubilee bracelet a new lease of life.
After years of wear and tear the pins can become worn and the bracelet will start to droop as shown in the pictures here. After taking the entire bracelet apart and replacing all of the pins your bracelet will look back to its best and coupled with a valet will really set off the look of your timepiece.
