  Got my tissot watch battery replaced. No problems, places i have taken it to said they couldnt do it. This place no issue take all my watches here from now on, and price is cheaper than other places.

  Been to Phoenix Watches twice now with my daughters watch, first time for replacement battery, wouldn't take any payment. Second time to tighten clasp as kept undoing, again no charge! Lovely staff, really helpful. Know about this place as used to go with my nan years ago. Lovely family business, absolutely recommend.
